Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the imbercosmetics.com website and any of its related products and services. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you may choose not to access and use the website and it's services. By accessing and using the website and it's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions as set out below. You acknowledge that these are terms and conditions set out by Imber Cosmetics® , and explains your use of the website and it's services.

Orders and Backorders

Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business day.

Backorders will be fulfilled as soon as the product becomes available from our manufacturer. All paid in full backorders may take up to 3 weeks to be fulfilled depending on supply and availability. If your backorder is unable to be fulfilled, you will be notified by email and refunded in full, or given the option to wait until the product becomes available. As we are committed to providing you with high quality products and all makeup has a shelf life, we only have a limited amount of stock on hand at all times. Orders will be placed weekly to ensure regular arrivals from our manufacturer, however at times there may be delays. This is to make sure your products are always made fresh and are not being stored with the risk of spoiling.

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, sales events, due to wild weather, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Imber Cosmetics® reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria and so we follow any Victorian Public Holidays. Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped same day. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.

Orders over $80 qualify for free shipping.

Limited Edition Items

All items marked as limited edition will not be re-stocked once sold out. We will endeavor to replace these items with similar products where possible. If you love one of our limited edition products and it has sold out, please contact us and we will advise if this can be sourced for you.

Dispatch Times

We endeavor to process and dispatch all online orders within 1-3 business days from the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays) dispatch times may be longer.

Packaging

We offer eco-friendly sustainable packaging which uses recycled and recyclable materials. Your order will be protected in a padded bag or cardboard box and paper filling. We will do our best to ensure that your product arrives damage free, however we can not guarantee that this will not occur.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

You can track the progress of your order through to shipment under ‘My Orders’ on the website.

If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order, please email us imbercosmetics@outlook.com Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST and our Customer Care team will assist you with your enquiry.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

To minimise the transmissible spread of COVID-19 our delivery partners are aiming to provide an entirely contactless delivery, and so signatures will not be required when delivering your order. All orders will be shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL) unless you advise us otherwise. ATL deliveries authorise the delivery driver to leave your parcel in a safe location at the delivery address. Alternatively, you can opt to have your order delivered to a P.O Box or secure Australia Post Parcel Locker. Imber Cosmetics® will not be liable for any packages that are stolen.

What is deemed a safe place?

‘Safe places’ are considered a secure location at your delivery address where your order is hidden from plain view. A safe place can differ between properties dependent on Courier accessibility. Generally, orders left without a signature may be left behind bins, in power boxes, at your back door or porch area and/or near letterboxes.

We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Goods and Returns

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care team via email imbercosmetics@outlook.com

Monday to Sunday 9am - 5pm AEST

If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the packaging and damage to the item and return the item in it's damaged state for a refund or credit note.

We hope that you will be satisfied with your Imber Cosmetics® purchase. We do not accept change of mind returns. If your product is damaged please return your product to us within 14 days of your purchase date.

  • For a Refund - the product returned must be in a new, unused and re-saleable condition. It must be in the original, unopened packaging.
  • For an Exchange/store credit - the product returned can be lightly sampled, opened or unwrapped.

To be able to return or exchange a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (including receipt, e-receipt, Imber Cosmetics® account history or gift receipt). This does not apply for store credit.

How to Return a product via Post

  1. Check that you meet the above return conditions
  2. Find your order/receipt number
  • If you purchased online, it can be found on your confirmation/shipment email
  • If you purchased in person, it can be found on your receipt
  • Please contact our customer service team via email imbercosmetics@outlook.com for information on where to return
  1. Package your items securely and drop off your return at your local Post Office. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Please note: returns are at the expense of the customer.

International shipping

Orders placed on this website can only be delivered within Australia.

If you are based overseas, but can’t bear to live without your Imber Cosmetics® products, we are happy to assist you. Simply contact our Customer Care team via email imbercosmetics@outlook.com and we will calculate your shipping costs when you place your order. We use Australia Post postage calculation found here. Unfortunately not all products are available to be shipped to all locations but our Customer Care team can advise any restrictions.

Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.

Accounts and Membership

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and review new accounts before you may sign in and start using the Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. We may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any part thereof) if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill. If we delete your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our services. We may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.

Intellectual Property Rights

“Intellectual Property Rights” means all present and future rights conferred by statute, common law or equity in or in relation to any copyright and related rights, trademarks, designs, patents, inventions, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off, rights to inventions, rights to use, and all other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection and any other results of intellectual activity which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world. This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by Imber Cosmetics® or third parties, and all rights, titles, and interests in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Imber Cosmetics® . All trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website and Services, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Imber Cosmetics® or its licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website and Services may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Website and Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any of Imber Cosmetics® or third-party trademarks.

Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, or its terms related to the Website and Services at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will send you an email to notify you. We may also provide notice to you in other ways at our discretion, such as through the contact information you have provided.

An updated version of the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised terms and conditions unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Website and Services after the effective date of the revised terms and conditions will constitute your knowledge of those changes.
